Ingredients/
- 125g oats
- 1 tbsp PhycoHealth Phybre
- 500 ml oat milk or dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
- Nut butter
- Yoghurt
- Berries
- Hemp hearts and Chopped nuts, or make it easier with PhycoMuesli for topping
Method/
Add oats and milk to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the porridge thickens and oats soften. Add coconut oil and stir in cinnamon, cardamom and phyco health fiber. Remove from heat. Optional: Mix in grated apple for extra flavor. Serve warm with a dollop of nut butter and yogurt. Top with berries, phyco health granola, and optional hemp hearts or nuts.
