I don't understand what you want here.
Love it. Good texture, not too long to cook, holds its shape well. Oh, and the flavour is great! So much better than the bland taste of wheat pasta but not an overpowering taste either. Will go well with any pasta-based meal and I'm intending to try it in a salad, as soon as the weather is a bit more appropriate down here in Victoria.
