Product Information

Infused with natural pressed mint and ginger for a refreshing and delicious drink! A nutrient-packed twist in every sip. Every handcrafted batch of Phycobucha is naturally fermented with live cultures, then cold filtered, not pasteurised, for clarity. This process retains our unique organic acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Ingredients

Purified water, kombucha culture, PhycoTein seaweed extract (Ulva Sp. 84), organic black tea, organic cane sugar, organic pressed ginger juice, organic pressed mint juice.
Contains a trace amount of alcohol from natural fermentation. At bottling this is less than 0.5%

Flavour bomb

The Mint and Ginger is very flavorful and refreshing, with a dry finish. I find a bit sweet to drink straight, so I dilute it with Soda water 1:3 ratio. Also can vary the flavour profile by adding lime or lemon. I think it would pair well with a botanical gin too ;-)

a good drop

I am very happy with the beverage.

My only concern is that I am unable to use our local "Return & Earn" booth Katoomba - they don't accept it.

Probably the same in all areas in Sydney so it would be good to look at that for the future.
