Yummm!
I love this seabircher muesli. I had developed a poor habit of skipping breakfast but this has fixed it. I soak a serving overnight in coconut water and top it with plain yoghurt in the morning. Delicious, nutritious and helping me get more out of my day, Thank you Phycohealth.
