I have been taking this supplement for many years and believe it has been very helpful in reducing my joint pain. It is also a wonderfully easy way of increasing my fibre intake with all the benefits that seaweed has to offer.
Seems to make a difference even at one each day - less wind, regular stools and less bloating. I’ll take that!
I’m not known for taking supplements, usually putting them all in the same bucket as “expensive urine”, but this is different.
I came to try this out for a month in an effort to help my digestive system, which has always been sluggish. After a month there was a noticeable difference, so I stopped for about 6 weeks - the cynic in me didn’t believe it, so wanted to see how I was without. Also, the price was a bit of a shocker. Anyways, after 6 weeks I decided it was worth it, there was a definite improvement in my gut health and metabolism, plus, I read all of the clinical studies in the meantime which seemed genuine, and I like the nature of the product and company. Ok, lastly, (you may wan to skip this bit), I hardly fart any more!
It works really well for me, so for some help with your gut health I’d highly recommend it.
Fibre (from a unique source) and omega 3 (straight from algae rather than algae eating fish) are important gut biome, anti inflammatory supplements.
