We are semi vegetarian and only eat our main meal at lunch time fruit and supplements and sugar free cereals
I've had these in my home pretty consistently for the last 5 years and the quality of pill, taste, etc has only improved. I particularly value that I can incorporate diverse fibre into my husbands diet, who is a picky eater and doesn't really eat much from the sea. My mother in law has recently started incorporating these capsules as well to help manage her cholesterol levels, which have been improving. Great product for overall health!
It’s hard to know with natural products how much benefit they make as it can take a long time to impact your system and everyone is so different. But, I trust the science with Pyco health as they are so transparent and self evaluating. I also love supporting Australian effort and acumen. There moisturiser is the moisturiseriest! Without the slimey feel.
