All orders within Australia with a value over $100 receive free shipping, while orders under this value include a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
Subscription orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for orders under $100, and free above that.
Although we will do our best to dispatch orders the same day they are placed or next business day, please allow up to 3 working days for processing.

All orders being shipped outside of Australia with a value over $150 receive free shipping, while orders under this value include a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

International orders are sent with Australia Post and end up with your standard national carrier. For example in the UK it usually arrives with ParcelForce and can be tracked there with your tracking number. All tracking information will be provided through our system directly to your email.
Please note that some countries charge for commercial goods valued greater than a certain amount, and VAT and customs duties may be charged at the border of your country before your order is released to you. If you'd like to avoid this, please ensure that the total value of your order is no greater than that allowed under the tax threshold of your country, as we are not able to cover these costs.
How do I track my shipments for orders from Australia?
Within Australia, we generally ship with Australia Post. In the Eastern States this is usually a next business day dispatch and delivery times are usually within 3 days in the eastern states, or up to 2 weeks if going to Western Australia. If you need express shipping please contact us directly (info@phycohealth.com). All shipping includes tracking numbers which are provided to you directly to the email that you provided with your order.

Where we haven’t shipped to before we will do our best to get our products to you as fast as we can. If there is a problem with the destination that we haven’t foreseen we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
